This Privacy Policy explains how Asseblia (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit asseblia.com or contact us. Because we offer our services to individuals and organisations in the European Union and wider EMEA region, we process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Asseblia is a strategic advisory firm specializing in AI process optimization, serving clients across EMEA and beyond with its team operating from Wyoming-USA, Athens-Greece and Bucharest-Romania.

2. What data we collect and why
Contact and enquiry data. When you contact us by email or through the contact form on this site, we process your name, email address, and the content of your message. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where the contact leads to an engagement, steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Booking data. When you book a discovery call through our scheduling link, Calendly collects your name, email address, and the time slot you select, and shares it with us to hold the meeting. Legal basis: steps prior to entering a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Technical and usage data. Our hosting infrastructure automatically records limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) in server logs for security and operational purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Analytics data. Where you consent, we use website analytics (Jetpack Stats by Automattic) to understand aggregate site usage. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), collected via our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.
Comment and anti-spam data. Submissions through forms are checked for spam by Akismet (Automattic). Legal basis: legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Who we share data with and international transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers (processors) that help us operate this website and our client intake:
→ Hostinger International Ltd. — website hosting
→ Automattic Inc. — Jetpack (security, statistics, content delivery network) and Akismet (spam filtering); data may be transferred to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses
→ Calendly LLC — online scheduling of discovery calls (name, email address, and selected time when you book); booking takes place on Calendly’s website under its own privacy notice, with data processed in the United States
As the data controller is established in the United States, personal data you provide is transferred to and processed in the United States. We apply the safeguards described above and process EU visitors’ data in line with the GDPR. If we adopt additional tools that process personal data, this list will be updated before they go live.
4. How long we keep data
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 24 months thereafter, unless a business relationship follows, in which case it is retained for the duration of that relationship and any legally required period after it ends. Server logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider. Analytics data is stored in aggregate form.
5. Your rights
If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right under the GDPR to access, rectify, and erase your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing before withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority of your country of residence or place of work. For visitors in Greece, this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr); for visitors in Romania, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).
